We really enjoyed the very informative talk from Patricia and Grainne from the Oak Healthy Living Centre on Thursday as part of our Mental Health Week activities. Patricia showed us how much sugar was hidden in popular sweets. We were all shocked! We were lucky enough to taste a delicious smoothie and we’ll definitely try making them at home!
