Active Mindfulness Programme.

The P7 classes continued their "Active Mindfulness Programme" today with Archie Beattie. This is a programme designed to help the children with their move from primary to secondary  school. Today's topic was "worry." Archie had useful activities and discussions dealing with the worries that children might have when moving to a new school. He provided some great advice on how to deal with the worries. The children then had the opportunity  to create a "Guatemalan Worry Warrior."
