On Wednesday, P7 pupils had an athletic development session with Fermanagh strength and conditioning coach, Eoin Bradley.
During the session, pupils completed activation work using mini bands before working on sprint technique using the larger bands.
Pupils also completed jump competitions and took part in a make shift sled push!
