Primary Three have enjoyed lots of exercise this week. We participated in different types of physical activity during circuits and we got lots of exercise outdoors too...including three laps around the school beginning with a walk, then a speed walk and progressing onto a jog!
Lots of children joined in with the walk from Castle Park too this morning. We all had fun dressing up in bright clothes as a reminder of the importance of being seen during these shorter days of sunlight.
Finally, we enjoyed a little tasting session today with fruit and some apple pie and apple tart!
Well deserved after the energetic week!
