P7 have been flying through their WAU topic of Energy!
This week we had a practical lesson relating to electricity and circuits. Pupils completed a sorting activity for different electrical components that can be used in a circuit. Once this was complete, we set up four stations relating to electricity. We looked at static electricity, circuit making, electronic kits and electromagnets.
Over the next few weeks, we will looking at nuclear power as well as various types of renewable energy.
