P7 completed some circuit exercises in their PE today!
There was ten stations set up (including a rest station!). The children put in an excellent effort throughout and had a nice cool down outside afterwards. Exercises included back-to-back throw and catch, medicine ball slams, "wrestling", and good, old press ups!
We hope to get outside for our PE lessons in October and we will also be swimming on Friday's.
