Cooking Demonstration with the Livestock and Meat Commission

Primary 6 and 7 pupils enjoyed a fantastic cooking demonstration led by Margaret from the Livestock and Meat Commission. The class watched with interest as Margaret prepared a tasty chilli beef pasta, learning about healthy eating, cooking skills, and the benefits of using local ingredients. After the demonstration, everyone had the chance to taste the dish, which was a big hit! To top off the experience, each child received a recipe book and a pencil to take home, encouraging them to try out their own cooking creations. A brilliant blend of learning, fun, and flavour!
