P7 have started their Crime and Punishment WAU topic.
Things got off to a mad start when pupils returned after lunch to discover their classroom had been 'thrashed'! Two of the girls were more than happy to play along as their classmates decided what punishment fitted the crime. I think it was left at a few months lunch time detention!
As part of this topic, we will be developing our reading and literacy skills by completing the novel, A Kind of Spark. Pupils recently completed a prediction and inference task by studying the blurb and cover of the novel.
