Dairy Council visit P5

Today the P5 children had a great session with Aaron from the Dairy Council. He gave us a great insight into what a healthy diet and lifestyle looks like. He particularly informed us about all diary products and their benefits. This is a great follow on to our previous work on the Eatwell Plate.
