We welcomed Lyndsey from Hendersons Wholesale, Conor from Milgro and Darren from Swift’s Eurospar to our class on Monday. Lynsey and Conor gave us a great insight into how the process from field to fork works. We watched some informative videos and these generated great discussion in our class.
