It was Michael Rosen day on Thursday and P7 attended a zoomcall with the acclaimed poet and author.
Pupils had completed activities on some of his works such as Chocolate Cake and Strict (No breathing!) earlier in the year. Michael read some of his most recent stories and poems. Some of which were inspired by his mum and dad.
He also displayed some of his recently published books for younger children which the P7s thought would be nice to read to the younger classes as part of their upcoming mentorship programme! Michael left the children with some very useful tips and guidance for writing poetry and working creatively.
