P7 finished off the week before mid-term with some interactive problem-solving activities.
We have covered a lot of topics in maths over the past eight weeks so we thought it was time to put our skills to the test.
Firstly, the class was split in half and we completed Izak9 activities based on the four operations as well as number properties. This got very competitive and it was great to see pupils apply their knowledge as a team.
We also linked our Crime and Punishment topic to maths by completing a murder mystery activity. Pupils worked in groups of three to find clues by completing a series of problems which included multiplication, division, prime numbers.
