It is National Coding Week and P5/6 had the opportunity to take part in an online workshop by Nerve Centre.
The Creative Learning team guided the pupils through the process of making their own storyboard on Scratch Junior. The boys and girls learned how to create, develop and modify their own ScratchJr coded digital story.
Their are many benefits of coding for pupils. It allows them to develop methodical and problem-solving skills for the future. The class then linked their new skills to creating a storyboard linked to their WAU topic, 'Unsinkable'.
