Today P5 had a lovely afternoon in Smith’s Strand. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invited us to take part in a biodiversity trail. The children explored pollination, composting and they created seed bombs and some lovely clay art. They even came home with potted seeds which they will watch grow over the coming weeks. They discussed native birds and animals to Lisnaskea, and the leaders were very impressed with their knowledge.
