As part of our Winter topic, we have taken part in an experiment. Firstly, we froze our counting bears. Our second step was to use resources such as sugar, salt, spoons and our hands to melt and break the ice to free our counting bears. By doing this, this allowed us to explore how ice changes when heat or different materials are applied, develop our problem solving skills, and work together to discover the most effective way to rescue the bears.
