Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are delighted to let you know that your child has the opportunity to take part in an exciting new programme through Healthy Kidz called the United Youth Initiative. This project brings together young people from different community backgrounds through a range of engaging activities, including:
  • Sports sessions designed to encourage teamwork, confidence, and fitness.
  • Good relations activities helping pupils to build friendships and mutual understanding.
  • Environmental aspects that promote care for our local surroundings.
The programme will run as a Mid Term February Camp , bringing together P7 Participants for schools in the area. Sessions will take place from Monday 9th February - Friday 13th February 10am-3pm at Fivemiletown College Youth Annexe, with a free trip on Friday!
Transport will be provided from each Primary School to Fivemiletown College Youth Annexe. At the end of each session, we kindly ask parents/guardians to collect their child from their Primary School, pick up times will be confirmed closer to commencement.
We are pleased to confirm that the programme is completely free of charge and is open exclusively to P7 pupils.
We believe this is a fantastic opportunity for your young person/s to make new friends, develop skills, and enjoy fun, meaningful activities in a safe and supportive environment.
