Both P7 classes had a real treat yesterday, when they travelled to Co. Donegal and visited St. Patrick's Purgatory on Lough Derg. The retreat formed part of their whole Confirmation experience. On the island, they were involved in a variety of activities designed to bring further meaning and value to the actual Sacrament of Confirmation. The leaders for these activities were Mary and Catherine. As you can see from the accompanying photographs, the children had a very active and enjoyable day.
