This afternoon some children from Primary 4 surprised the nursery children by paying them a visit.
They performed for the children showing them some of the songs and actions they have learned participating in musical pathways. They then encouraged the nursery children to become involved and take part, during which everyone involved had lots of fun singing and playing games as well.
Some games and songs included Duck Duck Goose, London Bridge is Falling Down, Incy Wincy Spider, and the Hokey Pokey.
Amongst all the smiling faces, was a great opportunity for the nursery children to meet some older children in the school that will hopefully be familiar faces for them when they start Primary 1 later this year.
This was very enjoyable and maybe before the end of the year we will pay the nursery some more visits.
