We really enjoyed our first session with Nuala from Relax Kids, just in time for Children’s Mental Health Week. We enjoyed story time, breathing techniques, parachute games, recalling what makes us happy and we even had time for some back massages from our peers! Our teachers and classroom assistant looked a bit jealous! Looking forward to our next session.
