World Maths Day in Primary 2
30th Mar 2026
On World Maths Day last week, Primary 2 really enjoyed taking part in a variety of fun and practical activities. The children played a two-dice addition game to build their confidence with adding, and they had great fun rolling the dice to decide how to decorate their Easter egg designs. We also played Snap and Roll, a fast-paced number game that everyone loved, and completed Circle the Dots activities to practise counting and number recognition. The class showed fantastic enthusiasm and worked so well throughout the day — I was very proud of their effort and teamwork.
