Charity Work - SVP and The Pantry

So much excellent charitable work has went on in St. Ronan's over the past few weeks.

Today, we were delighted to present two local charities with cheques for £300 and some lovely food hampers.

St. Vincent de Paul received our funds from Christmas jumper day and The Pantry (food bank) received funds which last year's P7s raised whilst completing 16 laps of the grass pitch! 

Kate from SVP attended our assembly whilst P6/7 made the trip down to the food bank to present their donations.

Both organisations were very grateful for what they received and the school extends its thanks to all who donated.

We hope this gesture will bring much needed relief to our community to this Christmas
