Fun at Relax Kids P3/4

The children have been loving their sessions at Relax Kids with Nuala Groogan.

They have opportunities to listen to social stories and consider their feelings and emotions, while completing exercises to help release tension and encourage relaxation.

Some of the activities have been great fun and each week the children look forward to their next session.

Thank you Nuala for making these so enjoyable.
