Wow! What a fantastic experience our School Student Council had today, up on the hill, at Stormont! Not only did they get to debate in the chamber and vote, but they also got a tour of the Great Hall and a fantastic session with Ann-Marie, the Stormont Education Officer. The children represented the school with good manners and this was commented upon by others in Parliament Buildings! Many thanks to Áine MurphyMLA for facilitating this trip and maybe this may inspire our children to enter the world of politics in the future! #stronansstudentcouncil
