A few weeks ago, P7 made their way down to HydeOut Fitness to complete a Hyrox fundraiser for the SWAH children’s ward.
The class was greeted by Ryan who outlined what they would be doing for the next hour. Between, running, rowing, sled pushes, wall balls and lunges, pupils were absolutely flat out! The gym was perfectly set up and all children were motivated to push themselves for a good cause.
A huge thank you to Ryan for having us and creating an excellent course of exercises. Thank you to all parents who came to spectate and help out. And most of all well done to the children who went to hell and back over the course of the hour!
£630 was raised for the children’s ward and this was presented by some of our student council and wellbeing warriors. Well done boys and girls! You are a great credit to your school and to children all around Fermanagh!
